We stand behind The Credit Fix Kit with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 60 days of your purchase, we will issue you a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at info@addaipro.com within 60 days of your purchase date.
2. Include the email address you used at checkout.
3. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method (credit or debit card via Stripe).

After a Refund

Upon issuing your refund, your license to use the digital materials is immediately revoked. You agree to delete all downloaded files from your devices upon receiving your refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or credit card company. Our refund policy is intentionally generous — we will honor all valid requests submitted within 60 days. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may be reported to Stripe and could affect your ability to make future purchases.

Exceptions

• Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window will not be honored.
• Customers found in violation of our Terms of Service — including redistribution or resale of materials — forfeit eligibility for a refund.
